Fletcher would be easier. I don't think Spring 2019 E4's was that hard to reach in the first place, but it was certainly challenging with at least 4 tanky himes in the comp. But then you look at Summer 2024's E4's boss comp and it has EIGHT tanky target (5 himes and 3 regular OP units - I don't count Ne Kai as a Hime) AND one of the most frustrating preboss path ever created so far.

Literally looked at the nodes and went, "Nope, Imma head back to E-3 to farm Jean Barts for spare non-Yamato Fast special attacks"
