Yeah it's a rare ass ship so at first glance no one would expect it's Deirdre. But it seems the commissioner posted herself/himself? to confirm its her.

He means in the replies to the tweet. The actual commissioner is there and confirms that it's Legendary Deirdre. Fair mistake though, Corrin is one of the last characters I'd expect to see her with.
