I don't think so, unless Ferrus grew an extra set of arms and a snakelike body. Looks more like a xeno race like a Sslyth or something, as this was pre-fall Fulgrim.

Agreed. Some might complain, but to me the fact the primarchs practically never wear their helmets means they may as well be naked. What's the point of armor that can withstand munitions meant to level city blocks, if the waste heat will just melt you uncovered face off?
In either case, if anybody can pull off that fit, it's Fulgrim.
