Milotic is one of my favourite Pokémon designs - aspecially the shiny form! - so I wanted to give it a spin. Its abilities are really interesting and different from each other. Hoenn is a tropical region so I found a lot of inspiration from tropical fish. Also, shoutout if you get the 436 water tiles reference. Players these days have it easy.
