As mentioned in the comments last time, if you try to buy 14th Gen. in general, you can only get it at a pre-set price, so drinking it at a Japanese bar is the right choice. In the less expensive places, you can drink it for about ¥1000, you see.
Don't worry, there's plenty of sake that's cheap but still good!
