I have not seen all of SU so I appreciate you helping me tag! I'll tag your suggested name for now, alternatively maybe having a generic base gem type tag would be another option, rose_quartz_(steven_universe), or would people just use that for Steven's mom?

It seems I wasn't entirely correct. This design is an exact match with one of the three Rose Quartzes that appeared in Steven Universe: Future (except possibly the gem placement, which we can't confirm because it's on her left shoulder). I changed the tags accordingly.
Come to think of it, I don't think any Rose Quartz "extras" ever actually appeared in the series unless you count the poofed ones in "That Will Be All").
