Basically, the ocarina seen in this is the Echo Flute, an item in the Dragon Quest series that, if played, will lead you to what you desire/your greatest treasure. In DQB2, you're supposed to use it to find precious ores and missing items for scavenger hunts, but in this case, it merely just revealed that Sidoh's greatest treasure is Female Builder.
