    Yes, specifically, during the Yellow Temperance fight, where DIO interrupts Joseph (who is using his Spirit Photography abilities on the television and reveals Kakyoin to be an imposter). He also says, 'Joseph Joestar, You are watching, aren't you?', followed by the TV exploding, like Hatate's phone does.
