    Hang in There, Kogasa-san #100

    And so the commemorative 100th strip is about underwear.

    It's actually my 101st strip, but one was a side story, so this is the 100th strip. I never thought it would go on this long. :-)

    I actually noticed this in the restaurant toilet at the after-party, but because I remembered so late, I had Kogasa continue to get embarrassed all the way home. :-) For women, it's the skirt. For men, it's...in other words, that's what it's about. :-)

    All joking aside though, most groups of friends have at least one person who seems to always bring bad weather to events and another who pops up out of nowhere. Take it figuratively and it makes perfect sense.

    Well, it is a diary manga, so... yeah, I think stuff that happens in this comic is vaguely related to the artist's daily life.

    And I happen to be right: the artist says in the commentary that he noticed in the restaurant bathroom on the way home, rather than after he got home, and says "For girls, it's the skirt; for guys, it's... well, it's that (lol)"

    Way to argue, though!

    Sorry for having brought this up in that manner guys. It's just that it gets tired to see the very same dumb comments after a while. Most commenters seem to not enjoy a comic because it's not cannon, it gets a predictable or long plot (see Touhou - Tag Dream comments) or take everything too literally. Every artist has a different view and perspective about their own/favorite characters, and they're free to choose whatever happens on their own comics. Is it that hard to understand?

    We all know SOME things are based on its daily life, NOT EVERYTHING. Can't we just sit and enjoy what the artist offered us, it's not like he/she can read us anyway. Also most of them can't read English, why complain in the comments?

    I don't see why you should have felt tired reading Shinhwa's comment in the first place. He/she did express it somewhat clumsily, but his/her comment is clear. "The artist is a guy. So I take it he just used Kogasa's skirts to express how he walked with his pants' zipper down?" I don't see anything signalling that Shinhwa confused what really happened to the artist with fictional settings.

    Ok, so she´s the "Newbie Shallow and Thoughtless Living Goddess of the Mountain". Fine by me.

    But, seriously, wasn´t her WaHH title changed latter on (by whoever was traslating that chapter here on Danbooru)? I could´ve swear I read something else later and don´t remember what.
