I think it's cause they all look roughly the same, just in different poses.

And blacklisting doesn't remove them from the comments pool, afaik.

I'm getting the sense that many of the more recent pics are intended to associate Purusee with various other Touhou characters.

Some are obvious (the ones where the other characters actually appear), but we also have Orin's wheelbarrow, Kisume's bucket, Yuugi's sake, what looks suspiciously like Ran's fried tofu, and now Murasa's anchor; there are probably other references I've missed, too.
