    I don't think that's supposed to be Theresa sending the hearts, she's clearly receiving them in her own image. I think the only reason they're even parented in this order is because the uploader assumed this was supposed to be a yuri pairing, but this isn't the order they were posted at the source and it seems pretty likely to me their only relation is a shared theme.
