Looks like KemoFri's African Wild Dog wearing the Yokohama Baystars' jersey. Hard to tell for sure because of the sheer amount of jpeg artifacts there, but the artist has drawn a previous art of her wearing that baseball jersey:
(At first I thought it was Common Racoon but she's associated with Hiroshima Touyou Carp instead, both by this artist in post #2902918 and by other artists.)
Either way that's definitely the KemoFri Lucky Beast she's carrying.
