Unless my understanding of anatomy is very wrong, I don't think that would work in any way possible.

Not really sure of this but I think I read about lactation a few years back. One should be able to start lactating even without having been pregnant and if I'm not entirely biking on Mars men should also be able to lactate.

If I'm wrong I blame faulty memories.

You know, that's actually true, long ago I saw a document about men, who have some kind of hormone(?) related issue that generates their chest to generate breasts and one of the stories said that mother ran out of her lactation milk (or something) and the baby was hungry, father who had these breasts issue, also was actually able to breast feed the baby.

And when you think about it, how traumatic it would be to learn who's nipples you've sucked?
