Raora's hand (yes, I'm paying attention to that) looks like a open Honitsu, Toi-Toi, and Chun.
An open Honitsu (with called tiles) is two han while a Toi-Toi is always worth two han. Honitsu is a yaku that includes only tiles of one suit and honor tiles while Toi-Toi is a yaku that has every group be a triplet.
If the Pei (North Wind) is her seat wind, that adds one han to it.
In total, if Raora could have completed her hand (a completed hand has 14 tiles while I count only 13, including the one in her hand right now), she'd have scored a Mangan with 5 han or a Haneman with 6.
