Not really. This took place after Reimu kicked her ass in UFO's Extra Stage and let her off without so much as a warning. Now, if someone tells Reimu that Nue killed a bunch of people and doesn't bother mentioning that they attacked Nue first, then Reimu will try to seal her, but that's only because she will have been misled into believing Nue was the bad guy.
