It's just a written form of saying "yes" in Korean but longer, same as "yesss" in English. I have updated the translation.
What i did for the Korean half wasn't so accurate, so i just went with what i thought fit the situation. Thanks for fixing it; but let's leave the Japanese half as is, pls.

No problem, Korean to English is the only translation I'm confident at after all haha
Now the title should be translated. From what I found, it's "bread guest", but lets see what you can do with it.
'손님' means guest, and '번/식' seems to be intentionally having two meanings by the artist but I am not sure of the intent. '번식' means breeding(action), '식' can add a meaning of 'eating' when added after other word. Since the comic has a concept of devouring the female's soul, my suggestion for the translation would be 'M(e)ating Guest'.

So, either "meat" the guest, or cumming for dinner?
