Don't remember Riou's outfit being quite so ornate...
Not that I'm complaining, mind you. It's badass, and quite frankly an improvement. He was always dressed so damn lightly for an army leader. Which is unfortunately common among Suikoden heroes.

I've seen that outfit a few times in artwork, but he never wears it in-game. It's supposed to be some kind of alternate outfit designating him as the leader of the Orange Army.
