Youmu is from the game Touhou Project.
Once again, this took around 2-3 hours and is made by me, Noob4u!
Youmu is definitely one of my top 3 touhou characters. <3 to all Youmu fans!
This was made to celebrate her being a playable character in Touhou 13!
