Personally...I love the ED.

I feel as though it's one of those "We'll meet again, someday" endings. The ending all in all was expected, but unexpected at the same time.

I liked the ending. It didn't negate their sacrifices or their becoming Puella Magi but at least it gave their ends meaning.

Well, the wish was specific, and she killed her own witch form(?) Re-organized the universe and became god, so that girls wont suffer from the rules that turns magical girls into witches.

Yet, all the suffering and curses have to go somewhere . . . Thus god's best friend shall have the duty to exterminate
