Don't even need to convert it. On Wikia pages (like Fandom) you can request the original image by appending &format=original to the static.wikia.nocookie.net URL.
So in this case:

https://marichka.fandom.com/wiki/Marichka_Wiki?file=Everyone.png

Has the direct link:

https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/marichka-project/images/e/e0/Everyone.png/revision/latest?cb=20240130140229

And add the parameter to get the PNG.
https://static.wikia.nocookie.net/marichka-project/images/e/e0/Everyone.png/revision/latest?cb=20240130140229&format=original

Also, you would not want to convert images with software anyway. Just because you convert it back to PNG doesn’t mean the resulting file will be exactly the same. And if the WEBP were saved in lossy format, the image will also be different. It’s always ideal to upload files in the state you found them.
