It's because she's the one with the nominal power - audiences tend to like the whole "the servant is more powerful than the master" joke, but letting Remi lord around her status, and beat down any servant who doesn't follow her will sends her directly into "The Libby" or "evil bitch" territory with readers. Making her incompetent with her power and going "uu~ uu~" all the time, meanwhile, makes her just cute and adorable and maintains the comedy atmosphere.
Visiting the artist's Pixiv page, I see that this is technically the last page officially part of the "Naming Sense" story. Subsequent pages are under separate titles—sometimes individually. However, I'm not sure if it's worth subdividing the pool so much when a) the stories do have a running theme, and b) people have gotten used to coming here to see all the artist's work in one spot.
Therefore, rather than unilaterally break up the pool, I'm going to note their official titles in comments on each page and see if that generates any sort of split/don't split consensus.
