Based upon this info page it's implied that her healing eggs are being used to tyrannically control the populace. Don't doubt she's quietly despair the fact that something created to help people is instead being used to hurt them.

Even better, the Alex Jones parody mentions a Politoed named Suwako. Kinky has only made one other Touhou thing that’s posted here, post #4302301.
