I'm not convinced this is AI. You can go back on this artist's twitter and see a slow progression in skill with a consistent style, and everything else this artist has done looks very human. Six fingers is a mistake human artists have been making for a long time, it doesn't necessarily mean AI. At the very least, more proof is needed since there's no other glaring issues in any of this artist's other posts. The neck thing looks iffy, I'll admit, but I don't think that's enough.

AI accusations based on mere suspicion can be very harmful for artists, so it's better to be more cautious. This site has seen plenty of false accusations before.

Yes, as everyone knows, only a machine would fuck up something as famously simple as a hand. Human artists would never make such a mistake.
