I meant ten eggs and ten thick slices of toast. The heroes and heroines of Odin Sphere munched simple carbs and sugars like there was no tomorrow (which there wasn't, to be fair).

And a well-trained man could probably take on this Amazon. But when she's in her usual shape, it's suicide. The Amazon benchpresses bears and eats three cows for breakfast. She washes them down with the blood and tears of her enemies.

Man, your average front-line solder burns 4000 cals a day. Think about how much work Velvet, Gwen and Oswald are being put through.
