This Taiwanese artist created "百鬼夜行", a doujin Youkai Illustrated Encyclopedia.

This youkai is 水虎 (Chinese: Shuĭ-Hŭ. Japanese: Suiko, lit. "water tiger"), an aquatic creature originally from China.
