i would like to know who the artist of this picture is...

It's from Kemigawa Mondo, the same artist that did the pic I recently uploaded of the sorceress from Dragon's Crown (that hopefully gets approved).

Where I come from, it's a nickel. As in "if I had a nickel for every time I've heard that stupid line of reasoning, I would have enough money to build a railgun that shoots magnetized nickels at people who use that stupid line of reasoning."

Why use nickels as ammo? I doubt they'd hurt very much.

I'm not trying to start an argument over that line of reasoning that's "stupid" in your eyes. Just saying that while it is indeed straddling the TOS I've seen way worse pics get approval. That line wasn't exactly an invitation to dispute, though..hence why I said "but that's another story".
