1) Norio Wakamoto's character Victoreem's song called 'Very Melon' from Zatch Bell/Konjiki no Gash Bell
2) the Japanese phrase for Happy New Year; "akemashite omedetou" (literally "congratulations on the opening")
3) melons, as in breasts
4) opening something (in Japanese, "akeru")
Very Melon is written out plain as the day, while Tear here is 'opening' her sweater. This picture was probably posted on New Year's Eve, celebrating the new year by wishing you a happy 'opened' very melon sweater.)Meron~
