For posterity's sake, I'd like to describe what's going on here. This picture is from the 2011 steam summer sale, nearly everything in the steam store was on sale, with 6 games and gamepacks given a special discount on 9 of the 10 days that the sale occurred(not counting the extra 11th day that the publisher catalog packages were still offered as an encore). Each new day of the sale a short story in the form of a letter home detailed the events that occurred to the steam community mascots(Tappert, Sir Roderick Bodkin, and Cyl) on their trip to a North American summer camp attended by various game characters. Each letter detailed a summer camp activity(swimming, eating at the mess hall, ect.) that the three participated in, including some characters from the games on sale that day.
