At first I was thinking she was grateful for them cutting off her burned arms (perhaps because she'll be getting new ones?) but then I saw the tears. Now I don't know what to think...

I'm amazed that so many people see this picture but don't seem to notice the clear casing that's holding her in this pose, mouth included.
