I wonder if the faces are a parody of something or another, Marisa's face reminds me of something from Berserk lol.

As much as I want to know what's being said, as much as I desire a translation.... with a last panel like that, part of me still just doesn't want to know.

Marisa's face is probably the scariest out of all the reaction faces...it looks almost like as if what Kogasa said turned Marisa into some kind of vengeful Yandere Zombie....D:

In short, she's saying she doesn't have any more... "feminine problem" since he "fixed" her.

TL;DR: She's saying she's pregnant.

I do not quite understand being down-voted by saying Rinnosuke would be the one who gets in trouble. I mean the girls would probably go after him since he "cheated" on them and knocked up Kogasa to boot.

I'm totally using "adjust her umbrella" as a euphemism now.
