I could bring up the usual Touhou handwaves (Eirin's drugs, the Moriya shrine, Yukari)...but the truth is that stuff like STDs don't get brought up in some fantasy settings, especially lighter and softer ones like Touhou.

Well, people feel the need to bring up a lot of dark and nasty stuff in the context of Touhou. I'll admit, though, I've never seen STIs be one of them.

One doesn't simply bring up STDs and STIs in STGs.
