SD refers to standard definition, as opposed to HD (high definition).

"SD version" implies the existence of a non-SD version. If SD means Stable Diffusion, then that means that the artist goes through the effort of making a fully manmade work and then gens out a copy of it or something and offers both. I shouldn't need to explain how ridiculous this idea is, but then again there shouldn't be a need to explain what SD actually means in this context.
