Artist's commentary
The daughter of Isao Shinomiya, the Director General of the Japanese Defense Force. Kikoru Shinomiya graduated from a foreign neutralization university at the top of her class. Said to have the most raw talent of anyone in history. Uses an ax-type weapon. Her combat instincts gave her the strength of a platoon leader before she even joined the Defense Force.
