Its an angel licking blood of her fingers infront of the Third Reich insignia. it neither shows how wrong the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei political agenda was nor does it glorify it. The closest thing you can come to Panofsky's third iconic level would be an extrapolation of biblical conotations, saying that the angel is the representation of the harbringer of Doom and Death. Which is just bull from begining to end.
My point here is that its a hot babe angel, and a damnd good image who gives a shit about the rest.

The flag of the Third Reich, a blue-eyed blonde, and the symbolism of an angel with black wings and bloody hands; all these seem to point to a certain thing, rather than being without meaning.
I speculate that this is a reference to Josef Mengele, who was nicknamed "the Angel of Death".

Indeed. It may look pretty to those who are gullible enough to those who believe in it, but in reality it's sick and twisted.
