On the subject of the SPARTANs, the Covenant call them "demons". Imagine what they'll think of Utsuho.

Standing commander of Chiridan's Elite Hell Crow aerial division, Reiuji Utsuho is the single strongest non-oni serving the armed forces of Old Hell. Originally a normal Hell Crow with mediocre power, Reiuji Utsuho sought answers to help her gain strength to help protect her friends and master. Apparently she found what she sought since when she returned she was far and away vastly different from the crow she was when she left.
After her return she was graded on her new abilities and was easily ranked as sixth, which surprised everyone, including Colonel Kaenbyou, who was Reiuji's closest friend. When asked about how she increased her rank from first to sixth, Reiuji went on record by responding with; "Unyuu, I just ate a corpse I found," with a sheepish smile.
Br.Gen. Utsuho gained a proper title when she finally made her mark on the field of combat, "The Scorching, Troublesome Divine Flame," was one such moniker given to her by Hakurei Reimu and the title more or less stuck due to the fact Br.Gen Utsuho was able to use Divine fire. Or as several captured members of the Moriya Theomilitary's engineer corps have described as nuclear fusion, one of the fundamental forces of the universe.
Reiuji Utsuho has within her form the power to create and destroy heavenly bodies on a whim or thought. And, as an addendum, she also knows exactly what to do with this monsterous power, apparently gaining the exact skills and foreknowledge to properly, correctly and precisely manipulate this extraordinary force. She has been documented in making Stellar Danmaku patterns with enough detail as to perfectly mimic celestial constellations as well as with enough force to utterly devastate entire divisions of enemy forces with as little effort as just pointing a finger at them.
Reiuji Utsuho has also been seen carrying a peculiar item with her at all times. It's been called a "Control Rod" and is a three foot long, six inch wide hexagonal tube that encases Reiuji Utsuho's right hand and half of her forearm, it's been explained by Kaenbyou, whom is able to understand how Reiuji Utsuho talks, that the device on her arm helps her to fine tune output of her power and to help regulate the density of the Danmaku she can fire. She has also said that it is very heavy and solid.
Combat wise, Reiuji Utsuho is to be considered something less then a soldier, and more alike a force of nature. The scope of her power is not measured in the normal quality of danmaku as most others, but more along the lines of the *density* of them. As she has been shown being able to fire bullets as small as a grain of sand and others large enough to engulf whole structures within seconds. Danmaku aside, Reiuji Utsuho is not a skilled melee combatant, nor is she a particularly agile one, despite being a bird-type yokai. What she really is, as the same Moriya Theomilitary soldiers would attest to, is a moving, breathing heavy artillery platform that happens to talk like a simpleton. She displays no discipline, nor any type of doctrine when it comes to combat, she instead relies completely on overwhelming brute force to simply eradicate anything in her way.

Analysis: Currently Reiuji Utsuho is the only combatant who has a confirmed flee on discovery order, if she is engaged in anyway, shape, form, function or action the entire division is to be considered written off and no rescue or recovery procedures are to be enacted.

yeah she's not THAT powerful...you guys really have to learn how to control yourselves when you decide to dick-ride the touhouverse when it comes to crossovers...remember to take into account that there could be laws in one universe that would restrict characters from another universe if said characters are too powerful within their respective universe...you forget that you are plunging utsuho into a universe where gensokyo doesn't exist...and without her being in gensokyo and instead in space...how powerful do you think she'd be?...she is a youkai after all...and youkai within the universe of touhou can only exist in gensokyo...soooo if my calculations are correct...then she really wouldn't be able to last a second in space...would she?

yeah but the size of the supernova depends on the size of the star...if all she can create is a sun a few times the size of herself then the supernova of said sun wouldn't even be that big...therefore being next to none comparable to a real supernova created from a star from say for example canis majoris or even our sun.

We don't know the upper limit of her powers. Logically she can't make Danmaku larger then the place she's in otherwise she'd hurt Orin and Satori.

There's also the fact that due to spell card rules, her patterns must be dodgable. Still she's by far the most powerful 2hou in terms of raw destructive power.
