    Higasa Seiu-chan

    It's Higasa Seiu-chan from Shinobumonogatari.

    The pronounciation of her given name is "Seiu", but I think "Hoshiame" (Star-Rain) also sounds nice, doesn't it~?.
    I'll call her "Seiu". (^ω^)/
