looks like AI, the fingers on the biggest tachyon have 6 fingers each hand
I'd be more concerned by the solid lines separating each of the top fingers (should be a thumb) from its respective hand, the color of the skirt bleeding into her left hand, and the tip of her right finger turning into a solid blotch of flesh-colored paint.
There are other areas that show these weird cutout-like lines such as the end of her tail. The outline also seems inconsistent with a few odd gaps here and there.
