Happy birthday to maki-ubermach !
In this most famous scene from the Robocop anime, officer Maki offers sage advice to citizens and children alike.
The anime was shown directly after Pokemon at 4pm and cancelled after the kindergarten/cocaine/bloodbath episode with the exploding head and really well drawn viscera.
