Is it really so hard for these people to just spread out their posts over the course of the day instead of taking these massive dumps? I have 100 posts per page and I still see these take up 30-100% of the page when searching for Touhou posts.

Blacklisting doesn't help when it leaves a gaping void where posts used to be and you have a helpful little number on the side telling you just how impatient the dumpers are. Dumpers exercising some discipline by portioning these uploads out will.

I know this won’t help regular users with their two-tag limit, but you have six. You could search for touhou -dairi and still have four tags left.
