Looks like left has short blue hair and I can convince myself right wears a hat, fairly certain that's Chen and Swire (alters obviously).

Haven't tagged them yet for double checking.

Sidenote, you've made me notice that their table's proportions are completely out of whack. Never look too closely at background details :p

Damn, now that I think of it, that table is disgustingly long. Easy to imagine Swire and Chen sitting at it and glaring at each other, or maybe Swire and Dossoles Lin.
