I would presume it's not an amulet like the one Rumia is wearing; it's just a normal ribbon.

Even a low powered Yuuka is stronger than Tenshi.

Agreed! A lot of people either forget or don't realize that Tenshi has canonically curbstomped a lot of Gensokyo's more notable characters, including Sakuya (whose knives can't even scratch Tenshi's hardened Celestial skin) and Reimu (poor Reimu always seems to do badly in the fighting games). The only people above her in SWR are Yukari and Suika (the one who finally kicked her ass). Not even Komachi in BAMF-Mode was able to beat Tenshi.

Though in this case its less Tenshi being underestimated and more a case of fans remembering the pre-Windows Yuuka who'd storm into Makai and try to kill everyone for sh*ts and Giggles.

Nope. Celestials should technically die of age but are effectively immortal by being stronger than those who come to reap them.

No, Komachi isn't allowed cause her job is to cross the soul, not to take soul from living being (see the Scarlet Weather Rhapsody Komachi story)

Tenshi may not exactly be noted for her offensive strength, but she's nigh-unrivaled when it comes to defensive strength of the "takes no or very little damage" kind (not the "regenerate all damage) Also Reimu might have a harder time as her attacks are made to be used against youkai, not celestial.

Also Tenshi's story mode win over Reimu was Reimu out of incident mode.
