I'm kinda wondering if this should be tagged as commission/skeb commission because this artist has done multiple illustrations like this, which were commissions, and the commentary roughly translates to "Progress 💨 Sorry for keeping you waiting so long" so there is a chance that it could be. Guess it'd make sense to wait for it to pop up on Skeb though.
(Also if this is a commission, the guy who commissioned it has.. an interesting fetish thats for sure)

The person who commissions this stuff is not only is the reason a decent amount of the "Touhou Banana Peel" art is on this site, but they also have a lot more stuff on Twitter and skeb.
