I get the nagging feeling that if the game was ever animated this would be the version chosen instead of the regular.

I think they'd probably choose a May-be-soft title before a Fizz one (save maybe Sakura Tale with its top notch artwork) since Fizz seems to make characters with realistic bust sizes. Something like Pai Touch would seem to be a fan favorite with anything the main character touches (bust wize) goes from an A to an E instantly, regardless of the actual storyline.
