[Afterword]
Hello. This is the one known as Hirasaka Makoto.
So, this time's book was a sequel to my Tale of the Bamboo Shoot Cutter.
I thought it would be fun change of pace to draw Star in the style of an otomechikku shoujo manga heroine.
Thrown for a loop by an oblivious Mokou, Star shows a side of herself and a lot of expressions you wouldn't usually see on her. Even though I'm the one drawing, it makes me feel uneasy to see her like that. (laugh)
The Three Fairies series is already long over, yet I can still keep finding new aspects of the characters. I think that's one of the joys of doujinshi.
It's been a long time since I last drew Kaguya. I made a point of trying to emphasize her kind of eerie elegance to set her apart from Star.
For next time, I'm thinking of doing another Luna-focused book, but that's still kind of undecided, so the plan might well change at the last minute. I'd be glad if you decide to pick that up as well.
I hope we'll meet again over my next book.
