Tewi may not be commenting on it, but Reisen's tail switched places from peeking out somewhere above her skirt to underneath it after the hem was trimmed up.

Does this actually happen? I've had similar experiences with my pants, but...

Not translating the rest of it, but by the title I'd imagine that Tewi's getting more and more annoyed that Reisen never notices her skirt getting shorter.
