兎山こむぎと兎山だいふくの母であり、兎山さとるの妻。
自分の娘こむぎが、かつて死別した犬のこむぎと重なって見えてしまって以来、娘への愛情を疑い続けている。
本当に娘を「娘」として愛しているのか、それともただ別れた犬の延長線上として愛しているのか――その狭間で苦悩し、もし自分が娘を娘として見ていなかったと判明した時に感じるであろう罪悪感を恐れている。
そのため、さとるやまゆとは違い、こむぎが転生したという事実を否定し、信じようとしない。

Ever since she began to see her daughter Komugi as a reflection of her deceased dog, Komugi, she has been questioning her love for her.
Torn between whether she truly loves her daughter as a "daughter," or simply as an extension of her lost dog, she fears the guilt she would feel if it turned out she didn't see her as a daughter.
