Definitely yuri, for anyone who somehow reads this while curious.
Not sure if it's the artists art style or deliberate choice(for many possible reasons), but the artist is emphasizing how strong/sharp Rhaenyra Targaryen's(as played by Emma D’Arcy) features are. I suspect art style, as they've done the same with Alicent Targaryen nee Hightower(as played by Olivia Cooke).
