悟といろはの中学校の同級生で、現在は「Pretty Holic」の支店長として活動している。
およそ9年前、飼っていた愛猫・ユキの病気を発見するのが遅れたために、本来ならまだ長く生きられたはずのユキを早くに看取ることになってしまったという痛みを抱えている。

こむぎと大福が犬と兎として転生した存在であることを知り、どこかで再び生まれ変わっているはずのユキを探し続け、やがて養女として迎えることになる。
ユキは劣悪な環境で育ったため体のあちこちに傷や痕が残っており、ある田舎の孤児院で発見された。まゆの献身的な愛情を受けながら、少しずつ心を開き、養子縁組されるに至った。

まだ「お母さん」と呼ぶことはできず「まゆ」と呼んでいるが、まゆはそんなユキも愛し、共に生きていこうと心に決めている。

A junior high school classmate of Satoru and Iroha, she currently works as the branch manager of "Pretty Holic."

Roughly nine years ago, she was late in discovering his beloved cat Yuki's illness, which resulted in Yuki's early death, even though Yuki could have lived longer. She carries the pain of this experience with her heart.

After learning that Komugi and Daifuku were reincarnated as a dog and a rabbit, she continued to search for Yuki, who must have been reborn somewhere, and eventually adopted her.

Yuki, who grew up in a harsh environment and suffered scars and marks all over her body, was discovered in a rural orphanage. With Mayu's devoted love, she gradually opened up and was adopted.

Although she is still unable to call Yuki "Mom" and continues to call her "Mayu," Mayu loves her and is determined to live with her.
