Artist's commentary
It's already been 17 years since this work was made.
They're illustrations I drew for the DVD-BOX of the 2008 version of "It's a Rumic World Urusei Yatsura, The Obstacle Course Swim Meet."
Apparently a Blu-ray version was also released, but I never got my hands on it.
Come to think of it, I wonder if the 2008 version's reference sheets were ever made public?
When I worked on the 2008 version, I put a lot of effort into making the characters feel like the perfected form of the original TV series cast.
