That's a good idea, except it's not. I suggest you play FO2 again, that thing resembles the Bozar very vaguely at best.

I say it should be Grenade Machinegun, it looks like the artist has only seen screen shots or is just altering its apperance to fit the heavy armor NCR ranger, which would be a nice addition to the game
